From budgets and timelines, to production workflow and creative direction, Jennifer has the organizational tools and leadership skills it takes to drive a project from brainstorming to ribbon cutting.

Recognizing the special needs of both visitors and collections, and acknowledging that often those needs are at odds, Jennifer’s work has always sought to strike a balance between accessible experiences and object preservation, creating authentic and memorable experiences that build an understanding of collections—why they are important and how we care for them—while at the same time engendering a respect for our shared cultural heritage.

Through her professional leadership, Jennifer has developed a positive rapport with an extensive network of museum colleagues, collaborators, and patrons, who serve as a vast resource for client projects, and she always maintains a professional yet approachable demeanor when dealing with staff, volunteers, trustees, and other stakeholders.
