Carrie Pinney has been a fine and decorative art specialist for Cowan’s Auctions evaluating and researching items for auction for 5 years. Prior to joining the team at Cowan’s, Carrie worked at the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Western Reserve Historical Society, and the Peabody Essex Museum. She holds a masters in the History of Art and Architecture from Boston University.
Jennifer Souers Chevraux has 25 years of experience in the museum field working in everything from curatorial and education to development and executive roles. In 2018, Jennifer opened her own curatorial consulting practice, Illumine Creative Solutions, LLC. Through her business she helps individuals, corporations, and institutions manage collections, reduce risk, and plan for the transfer of artwork and objects between different locations or generations, applying the same standards museums use in their collections.
